If you would like other extras such as windows, steam cleaning or more, please feel free to select these when booking.

End of lease cleaning is a thorough cleaning of a property that is being vacated at the end of a rental agreement. It is usually done before a new tenant moves in. This type of cleaning typically includes cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces, floors, and walls, including bathrooms and kitchens. Other tasks may include cleaning windows, carpets, appliances, and furniture. The goal of end of lease cleaning is to leave the property in the same condition it was in when the tenant moved in.

Aside from the optional extras, the bond back guarantee will mean that all the general cleaning that your agent expects will be covered. This includes areas such as: behind/under previously permanent furniture (e.g. fridge cavities), high/low skirting boards, ceiling fans throughout home, grout in all showers (we do not do floors/walls), rangehood filters, even inside the dishwasher!

Australia End Of Lease Cleaning Tailored to Your Needs

End of lease cleaning – also known as bond cleaning, vacate cleaning, and move out cleaning – is an extensive cleaning service that is conducted with the aim of getting your bond back when you move out of a property that you have been renting.

This type of service can only take place once you have moved out of the property – you must remove all of your furniture, personal items, and rubbish before the cleaners arrive.

Once you have moved out, your agents will perform a routine inspection to determine whether the property is ready for the next tenant. The inspection guidelines are incredibly strict and your agents will not give you your bond back unless they are completely satisfied.

To get your bond back, you will need to ensure that your property has been cleaned in accordance with your agents’ end of lease cleaning checklist. Our checklist has been designed through consultation with property management companies to ensure that it meets their guidelines.
Vacate cleaning can be a strenuous and daunting task, which is why it’s best left to professional end of lease cleaners. That way you can be certain that you’ll get your bond back. The peace of mind is well worth the investment.

Frequently Asked Questions

First, click Book Now and you’ll be directed to our online booking platform. Then enter the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your property so we can estimate its size.

NOTE: For accurate quotations, make sure you include any studies (seperate room with a door) in the number of ‘bedrooms’. Secondly, if you have a seperate toilet (powder room), make sure you include this in the total number of ‘bathrooms’.

Then select the ‘bond clean’ extra. This will add extra time to the job and let the cleaners know that they have to do the oven, windows, cabinet and drawer interiors, and a few extra things that your agent will be expecting before they give you your bond back.

Lastly, if you need anything extra done (e.g. venetian blinds or balcony/garage), make sure you add these in the ‘extras’ section of the booking form.

When you’re done entering these details, you’ll see your quote displayed. If you’re on a mobile device, the quote will be displayed at the bottom of the page. If you’re on a desktop, you’ll see the quote on the right of the page.

Simply fill in the booking form so we know what’s required at your end of lease clean. Then enter your card details and click book.

We’ll match you with a team of experienced, professional end of lease cleaners and then send you an email to confirm your booking.

End of lease cleaning takes a minimum of 6 hours of labour, but the total time needed depends on the size of your home, its current condition, and what extras you add.

If two cleaners attend the job then it will take half the amount of time because they will split the labour hours.

Our system will calculate the amount of time needed by using the number of bedrooms and bathrooms to estimate the size of your home. If you add any extras (like blinds or balcony cleaning) then that will also add time to your job.

When you book End of Lease Cleaning in Sydney, the time estimate is not shown when you make a booking online. This estimate of the total number of work hours needed is used for administration purposes and can be provided on request.

No, you don’t! Many of our clients choose to leave a key for the cleaners so they can take advantage of their free time.

Since end of lease cleaning requires the property to be empty, you might want to consider leaving the door unlocked and then requesting that the cleaners lock it when they leave.

Alternatively, you can leave a key for the end of lease cleaners so they can get in and lock up the property when they’re done. If you choose to do this, please be sure to leave some instructions in the section of the booking page titled “anything else we should know about?”

Our cleaners are background checked, so you’re in safe hands.

No, carpet steam cleaning is not included as standard in our end of lease cleaning service because not everyone needs it. If your rental property has carpet, then you may need steam cleaning if:

1.You have pets and/or young children

2. You’ve lived in a the property for a few years

3. Your agent has told you that you need it done

If you need it done, then you can add the carpet steam cleaning extra to your booking. Then select the number of rooms/areas that need steam cleaning – make sure you count any staircases or hallways as a room or they won’t be included in your booking.

In some cases, when you rent an apartment or house, a dishwasher will be provided as part of your rent. Normally, however, this is not the case.

Consequently, dishwasher cleaning is not included in our standard end of lease cleaning service. However, you can add dishwasher cleaning to your end of lease cleaning service.

Simply add the “Inside Dishwasher” option from the optional extras section to customise your booking.

When you make a booking, you will enter your card details, which are stored in a secure, encrypted format (even we can’t see them!).

Payment processing only occurs after your end of lease cleaning service is complete.

Our cleaners follow a special, agent-approved end of lease cleaning checklist. If your property manager or agent notices an item on the end of lease cleaning checklist that the cleaners missed, then just let us know within 72 hours and we’ll send the cleaners back completely free of charge.
